Yes, we are! Our building is ADA compliant, with a wheelchair accessible path just around our main entrance. Just ask any of our staff members and they will guide you to our side door at Cherokee Ave for a ramp access.

1. What is Escape Hotel? Hours of operation.

We are the world’s largest live entertainment venue for escape rooms. In our interactive experiences, our guest can book rooms with 11 different themes lasting up to 60 minutes. Once you have checked-in with our Front Desk, you and your team players will be directed inside your designated rooms, where the story will begin. Our rooms contain clues, hidden items, and many different tools to allow you complete the story.


We open Six days a week:

SAT & SUN: 10:30 AM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)



TUES – FRI: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

2. What is an Escape Room / Escape Game?

Real-life room escapes are a type of physical/logical adventure game in which people are set in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles and clues, in order to fulfill the mission or story of the room within a set time limit.

3. How many people can play at once?

ESCAPE HOTEL’S rooms occupancy varies from room to room, please check our occupancy allowance at www.escapehotelhollywood.com/escape-rooms

4. How long before my schedule time do I need to arrive?

In order to assure that our Escape Hotel guests have the best experience possible, we ask that you arrive and check in at least 30 minutes prior to your room booking start.

We encourage to plan way ahead of time your arrival since Hollywood is a very high traffic area and traffic and parking situation can at times delay your commute to Escape Hotel.

5. IMPORTANT: If I’m late, can I still play?

If you are more than 10 minutes late from your scheduled Call Time*, we won’t be able to accommodate you, and your reservation will be canceled, you will not receive a refund of the Fees, and Escape Hotel will not reschedule the Program except in its sole discretion and subject to availability.


We require that all players arrive 30 minutes earlier than their scheduled game time. Failure to arrive with enough time prior to the game start time will fall into absent, and the game will be lost, re-schedules or adjustments are subject to Escape Hotel’s availability and discretion.


6. What is the parking situation for Escape Hotel?

We suggest all our guest check and plan ahead of time their parking and commute details. Los Angeles city offers covered public parking at:

Street parking is also available at Hollywood Blvd. and Cherokee Ave, please make sure to check each respective signage and parking criteria, Escape Hotel is not responsible for you or your team getting tickets or towed cars.

7. What if I have a group larger than the maximum occupancy of the room?

You can request a private reservation time for your team, for that please contact us to reservations@escapehotelhollywood.com with further details and we will try to accommodate all your needs.

8. Are there any health conditions that would prevent a player from playing the game?

During the Program, you may experience certain conditions, including, but not limited to, loud noises, potentially offensive smells, claustrophobic conditions, and possible allergens. We want you to be aware that the Program may also include strobe lights. Strobe lights have been known to cause potential adverse physical and medical reactions, including, but not limited to, photosensitive epilepsy. Advice any Escape Hotel representatives if any of your team members, or colleagues have any medial or psychological conditions that prevent you from participating in our Programs.

9. Are there any requirements before we play?

Yes, we advise you to read our refund and conduct policy as well as planning your arrival time and commute with ahead of time.

In order to preserve all our guests privacy and game experience Escape Hotel forbids the use of smart phone/tablets/watches and the recording video and photography in all our rooms, failure to follow this rules will constitute a direct termination of the game/reservation.

10. Is there a minimum age to be able to reserve and play a room?

To reserve a room, you need to be at least 18 years of age or older. However, teens from the age of 17 and under can access to our rooms as long as a parent or tutor is with them and signs our waiver release. 

We do not allow infants of four (4) years of age or younger inside the rooms. Parents who wish to enter the games with their infants do so at their sole discretion and under their full responsibility.

11. I am planning a party; what services do you guys offer?

We do offer partial or full venue reservation for private parties and events. Escape Hotel offers you the ability of book a room or a set of rooms for a full day or a period of time for private events, if additional lounge space is required we can also accommodate your needs in either of our two floor lobby.

12. Can we reserve entire or partially Escape Hotel for private or corporate events?

Definitely yes! Escape Hotel is proud to offer partial and full venue reservations for companies, team building experiences, medium size events, and pretty much any type of entertainment and brand development private and company events.

14. I want to have a private room for my friends only, but we don’t fill up all the slots, is this doable?

Escape Hotel will be happy to help you find a solution for your event, contact us regarding the number of guests, the time and date you are planning to accommodate your booking, and we will gladly work a solution in any of our rooms and lobby.

15. Is it possible to book a room outside on the current Escape Hotel schedule?

Yes, however any outside Escape Hotel regular operation hours’ event must be reserved and planned in advance with our Sales team.

16. I already purchased tickets for a room but I want to buy additional tickets for the same slot, can I do this?

Yes you can, as long as our online schedule shows available tickets for that same room slot, you will be able to buy and reserve the full room.

17. I am buying multiple tickets, but I am not sure of everyone that is going, do I have to put all names?

No you don’t need it. Only the main contact person is needed at the time of purchase of any ticket.
